MY - S T A R L I N K - I N T E R N E T E X P E R I E N C E - T H U S - F A R Recent response to Starlink Customer Service Actually your Mini Dish never worked longer than just a few minutes after the first time I actually hooked it up. It only appears to work in one spot or location only, is that the way it is supposed to function. So is it supposed to permanently install itself in one location ? I thought this was a Mini dish that can be used anywhere ? The software only gave me one chance to align it since I powered the unit last week or week before and that chance was only a day or two ago and I was completely caught by surprise. Then the alignment window just vanished like Casper , lol, lol , lol Don’t worry, I’ve tried multiple devices with your Starlink software and the alignment window suddenly came up once on that device but never again. Is that the way your Starlink Mini dish is supposed to operate, randomly ? I’m sure all of my friends would just love to hear about your new Starlink mini dish that only appears to work in only one location only for a few minutes at that ? I’ve reset and powered off the unit at Least a dozen times but it returns to the same menu no matter what I do and stays there for hours and disconnects by itself sometimes as well, just disconnects. Please let me know what I can relay to my friends about your Starlink Mini Dish and internet service, assuming I even get it to last more than a few minutes. I would bet this is a common problem issue, non- working equipment or internet ? How many replacements do you ship out a Day or week ? Or do you just sit there and rig the remote connection so that it never connects - I know that’s possible and a reality ? Dialup phone line Internet at 300 baud was much much better than this - it actually connected and held the connection for hours and hours……Long long long before the internet and World Wide Web as we know it even came around. I’ve been in computers and Dialup’s internet since the 80’s and grew up watching the internet and World Wide Web get born. Never had service this horrible or bad before, or maybe I should just say equipment for the time being. This is yet just another growing pain that I will remember and relay on to my friends and the rest of the world thru my blogs and postings on the internet, and yes my site does gets tons of hits. So how many replacements and returns do I have to end up with to get this situation remedied or is it just one of those that you write off ? Thank you |

5 3 R D - BANK - F I F T H - T H I R D - B A N K Fifth-third bank Snellville, Georgia Lawrenceville ,Georgia ……on the border line between the 2 cities pretty much….. First for starters, I am a disabled individual and have been for the past 35 years give or take…. and now retired as well for a few years now... Have you ever heard of a bank shutting down Your credit line completely after you have paid it Of in maybe half or a third of the required time ? Not even close to the ending time, the credit line was paid off - yes….$7,000 credit line….yes with a bank account and a credit card to access it… I inquired why the decision was made and got a lame excuse which they push away somewhere out of site… This was maybe 5 or 6 years ago and paying the credit line off also allowed me to pay off a few of my credit cards as well bringing my credit Score back up to the 700’s… Not that it even dropped very low under mid or late 600’s… or even that low…. I had just used up a large percentage of my established or available credit was the only problem prior to this…. The next incident happened just a few months ago back when I made a bunch of ach transactions request using one of the popular banking apps for moving money and the bank thought I was doing something illegal I guess and their fraud department contacted me. They kept trying to verify that I was who I said I was from one transferred call to another for several hours… and finally letting me get off the phone…. I still had several credit cards with 53rd bank totaling maybe $16,000 or more at least if not more and I Inquired about them and they hadn’t closed them at the time. They shut down my online banking completely with no access whatsoever and all of my checking accounts there with that bank as well. Anyway, that was their judgment when they came back not able to find anything to accuse me off so they closed all of my accounts they had access to and shut down my online banking completely…. apparently different departments handle different things… I have a total credit worth of over $120,000 …. from credit cards of all types, lines of credit, etc. and have tried to maintain that limit for at least the last 15 years if not longer give or take with standard fluctuations in the amount as can be expected but I’ve pretty much held it there….. And of course credit scores close to the 700’s give or take, nobody’s perfect of course…. |

i have been using AMAZON for a couple of years now and no real big issues until lately and several months ago. i tried to but a fridge from them and just as i was about to purchase - it wasn't available anymore and i had to quickly find another one to purchase. i found one that looked decent but i was in for a big surprise - delivered early ahead of schedule but it doesn't get COLD inside. so i have to ask, hey AMAZON - IS IT COLD ? hey AMAZON - IS IT COLD ? hey AMAZON - IS IT COLD ? hey AMAZON - IS IT COLD ? they probably expected me to keep returning the fridge and getting another bad fridge that was also defective. hey AMAZON - IS IT COLD ? hey AMAZON - IS IT COLD ? hey AMAZON - IS IT COLD ? Recently Also tried to file a claim with the new insurance plan - ASURION with AMAZON ASURION - doesn't honor their insurance or warranty, doesn't see anything beyond 1 month on their multi item electronic protection plan they indicated they had no RECORD of anything that i had purchased beyond 1 month because their computer doesn't cover it or pull up anything beyond 1 month we went back and forth with this and they had to me what my insurance or warranty plan numbers were several times (which were years old) and i just walked away and let it go it was just SHAME i have items going back 3 years and that protection plan is supposed to cover any electronics you buy Past, Present and Future - No Questions Asked - YEP - that's what it stated - and they just started adding this warranty or insurance maybe a year or 2 ago So all of my past items beyond 1 month are null and void - not covered - so it was a SCAM - AMAZON - SCAM - ASURION - SCAM |

I have a phone provider that I’ve been with for about 7 years or so since I was seeking a certain Type of feature or service back then instead of Paying for a whole phone line or service just to Get that….Faxing… “RINGCENTRAL” was the name of the company and they gave me exactly what I needed back then Along with a lot of extra bells and whistles. Now 7 years later, l see everyone using SMS and have been shopping around like before to See if I could get it separate or add it to what I Already have. A lot of companies have it but have company Wide issues with it as I’ve read online but my old Service provider could add that to what have with no problem I thought. That’s was when my problems began and it’s Taken them over a month now to add this simple Service between try to hack my computer and phone thru their remote assistance app ....Yep, i watched them... they made at least 2 or 3 separate attempts... and just Screwing up my service so i keep having to cancel the upgrade and request it again and then a new problem would arise. A lot of companies have a disclaimer now when they have to access your computer or device remotely since a lot of this type of activity does really occur. So, this is month number 2 and still attempting to get SMS service. They have a department Called TCR which handles SMS for them and they require a certain type of account just to be Able to get it - BASICALLY TEXTING DOESN'T WORK Finally I research it online and find that I could meet the account requirements in just minutes by going thru a few bells and whistles with another entity online. I thought, problem finally Solved…. Nope, I try to go thru the steps myself To get the service and get charged $4 Consecutively for each failed attempt to complete the registration process and here I am again at more than 5 Attempts to complete the Process…. I finally stopped and called support and they told me to call back next week…. here We are…. |

I’ve been having bad experiences with my local WALMART superstore located in Centerville and Snellville - Georgia area…. Just a few bad Apples basically but maybe no one is even aware. I order groceries from the store maybe only a few miles away and this particular driver keeps delivering to the house down the street and my house number is clearly marked at my location so they are probably doing it on purpose or getting paid to do it. I’ve heard of invalid or incorrect GPS but your eyes usually should make the final decision if it’s not just plain laziness and I’ve even caught myself in the act before and decided to take a little more time to determine the correct address. The delivery program is cheaper than gas and saves me from impacting my health as a Retired Senior Citizen so it’s more than worth it. I get charged an extra $$$ for reordering the same groceries within minutes and having them redelivered sooner to avoid the wrong delivery lapse of time so you can ask for compensation and they usually actually give you a few $$$ compensation to use at your next checkout. I’ve actually walked down my street and observed the actual driver in the act and didn’t interfere of course… So I’m guessing I’m not the only person this is happening to or has happened to. This has been maybe the 4th or 5th occurrence and finally the situation is being escalated to upper level management and the driver could be fired but at least someone else is aware of the situation if they decide to sweep it under the rug… So hopefully I’ve helped someone else out in this process… |

B E W A R E - F R A U D - X F I N I T Y and hack attempts as XFINITY reps all of a sudden on a call try to sell you something especially a new phone... I had an indian female rep on the phone who suddenly diverted me from my original call to an attempt to try to sell me a new phone but by fraud by trying to instruct me on how to respond to certain questions as well as try to convince me of the type of phone i had or would be trading in towards the new phone. -- Trying to hack your phone -- since i noticed someone on 3way listening in... i originally called for a quick few minutes response on how to return some useless Cameras which you can only use on their system to them and ended up being on the phone over an hour with the rep steadily trying to be convincing. They basically had me running around town to the wrong places to return their Cameras.... Which i finally ended up driving to one of their local stores to return - very quick and simple.... Btw: Out of the 6 Cameras i purchased, only one of them worked and their indian tech support couldn't tell me what the problem was except they may be having issues on their end of some sort to try back in 4 hours.... No, I didn't buy their phone since the rep quoted me the wrong prices and model numbers of the phones as I found out when i was shopping around elsewhere... |

F R A U D - F R A U D - F R A U D - X F I N I T Y I recently had a problem with one of my internet services (i have several) from a cable tv and internet provider XFINITY and where i upgrade from basic internet to 1200 megabits or 1.2 gigabit as they call it. i was getting maybe 30 megabits down and it would fluctuate and sometimes even 200 megabits down range depending on whether I connected using router or modem directly....strange.... The Standard Xfinity Max offering is 1.2 gigabit down and 20 megabit upload which is known as "FAKE" internet....or only HALF an internet and you have to ask XFINITY - where the other 880 megabit upload speed ?? A T & T - I N T E R N E T One of my other internet providers - AT&T - gives 900 megabits both upload and download at all times so there's the difference in what you get and what you are actually paying for when you dare to ask what your network can handle - cameras - servers - computers - phones - or anything that uses a lot of bandwidth - my AT&T held 12 to 14 cameras recently with 10 to 15 other items im guessing since i was busy updating it and i just happened to notice it getting just a little sluggish but it bounced right back up... --- My new - XFINITY - internet or network at their 1.2 gigabit and 20 megabit download that was running right beside it almost DIED with barely 5 or 6 cameras running and 2 almost new extra empty routers attached... whole internet would FREEZE and cut in and out... i had to call XFINITY to find out why their proprietary cameras were not working - i could only add one and no more... they gave me the runaround pretty much... still Indian techs of course.... Their proprietary cameras only work on their network or internet so if you drop their service - their proprietary cameras are totally USELESS - can't use them anywhere else... they are just door stoppers... I shouldn't even have to mention the price difference where you get what you pay for except one wants all your fingers along with your arms and legs....lol Other providers are seemingly the same way so you can always tell when you are with the best provider... No complaints since you've already shopped around... Anyway, There appeared to be indian techs assisting me and several of them it turns out since i started at 10 am with a regular guy and then later after running to the store and purchasing replacement equipment i ended up with 5 or 6 indians assisting me till maybe 9pm that evening and still not able to resolve the problem after texting back and forth on a text call for me to test my speed. Text call finally dropped ending the call.... it seemed like a just a joke to me since indians were assisting me since i got back from the store. i just called it "Coming to America to live the dream" or just gay bashing... This was really the XFINITY ASSISTANT acting like Indian techs and only made for quick fixes otherwise they left you in a endless repair loop like mine... i called a different day and a 10 minute equipment reset took 45 minutes so i had to call back and the XFINITY ASSISTANT finally recognized that my reset was complete...so they don't even keep track of time.. The regular guy was trying to get me to lease the company internet equipment which i refused to from the very beginning since i had a choice of providing my own. Then he offered me a free gift which i still had to pay for service on and I refused that as well since I already had a cellphone and watch service with them already.... so I finally left the call and went to get replacement equipment. W I N D O W S. - U P G R A D E. - O L D. - E Q U I P M E N T I assumed the techs thought i was using an old laptop which i had been attempting to upgrade from the 10 megabit to barely 100 megabit Ethernet and wifi to the new gigabit speed I paid for. i ordered parts after reading reviews from other people who attempted to upgrade their own laptop and mine was 20 to 30 years old or so I'm guessing. Yes I successfully upgraded both Ethernet and wifi to gigabit and was only doing research when ordering the other parts to see if i had any other options since the views had mixed outcomes with most of them failures. Also, this laptop had early Windows 7 on it which i upgraded to Windows 10 Pro 64 bit with an upgrade disc or compilation i made so the upgrade does work but you must know how to do it yourself and get past the compilation errors. So i made both 32 bit and 64 bit Windows 7 to Windows 10 upgrade discs or compilation disc. i suspected these people knew i had an old door stopper as they called the old equipment and were going to laugh at me when a service tech is scheduled to come out since i would get charged since the problem would be my old ancient laptop. Issue is still not resolved till now and no one would known about my research or upgrade attempts considering all the parts I purchased which didn't work if i wasn't still under investigation by law enforcement from prior times. So people - keep your nose clean because the investigations never really end at all... O T H E R - E X P E R I E N C E S i never said they didn't know what they were doing since i had an incident on a new job years earlier when I didn't know what i was doing at a pizza joint and the Customer grilled me over the phone - yep grilled me and spit me out because I didn't know how to do something. i had speech problems anyway growing up and all thru school (even now) and this didn't help matters any. Of course the guy who hired me took the call when the customer called back and was very apologetic since i overheard. A manager came in not too long afterwards and wanted to hire the guy away somewhere else because of his performance. i was never trained there but had worked at pizza joints before since I knew what to do but i never made a salad before in my life and i got grilled over the phone for that. M A R Y L A N D. - E X P E R I E N C E i had other similar situations in other prior jobs - no training - MONTGOMERY - WARD...Bladensburg, Maryland....They sent various people to my location there...even PROSTITUTES...and i just managed and of course i'm not working there anymore. Anyway i notice i had company other times when I visited that same pizza franchise LITTLE - CAESAR different location.... an agent with glasses just looked at me from time to time with a grin on his face as the people there claimed to get my order wrong or made me wait an extra hour for a 10 minute pizza... Nope, the investigations are never really over and yes i'm still taking the crap....and yes i still do get other visits as well from time to time.... |

All electronic accounts and items have been hacked or known hacked including email accounts, computers, phones and anything requiring internet access and communication so beware…. This was several months ago so this is not recent - I also think I noticed an Attempt to become myself via identity theft and changing my personal information and putting it on a different person and being that person. I believe this person is my same sister from before who claimed to signed papers to be my "CAREGIVER" With my DOCTOR on the phone line during one of my Appointments and claims to be able to take the home I'm living in and put me in a hospital. She already left me alone and left the "COUNTRY" during Xmas and New Years last year for a whole month at least if not two with no "MONEY" and called from time to time to check on me - same person calling herself my "CAREGIVER". The same person who took a whole bag of my "MEDICATIONS" about a year ago and hasn't given any of them back yet - and yes I probably did miss some my meds and i think noticed some more of my "MEDICATIONS" missing just days ago this time but not sure yet. I have heard her and her friend in the kitchen bragging on how they were going to turn me into a "TRANS" - GAY or HOMO - PERSON - Probably the reason for trying to take my "IDENTITY" Her and her friend stay here with me totally FREE except for cooking (but NOT - REGULARLY) for me - I suspect she has been poisoning my food and drink ever since she came back from outside of the country in January or February. she didn't even seem to know what dishwashing detergent was or how to refill an empty bottle - Always on their cellphones getting instructions on how to do something - I couldn't say anything but my sister whom you met took a whole bag of the medicine I was currently taking out of my room and didn't return it so I could have been out of medicine completely at that time. She was fighting me at that time and almost broke down my door. You will see a dent in my door to prove how desperate she was to cause me harm. She happened to show you my medicine at that time which is how I remembered that bag of medicine was still gone. She smokes her thing also or used to ...mariquana weed or tobacco thing sometimes as well so I keep a distance. My sister seemed to have my info at the time since my phone had been hack and was able to get some information out. I got my phone locked up now I had been going thru identity theft thru my family… sister and brother who were both here at that time and hacking my phone…. My brother came from out of town and using the contacts he had…. He was here last week or so… The above a little transcripts from the message I sent to seemingly friends who were trying to prescribe medication for me and met my sister a few Days ago and I wouldn’t give them my information when they were trying to contact my pharmacy. They left a voicemail with the pharmacy instead Of talking to a pharmacist directly. My sister of course owes me close to $20,000 which includes $15,000 and the rest my computer equipment which she has thrown away and refused To replace. The $15,000 was from a school loan reimbursement judgment which I got as a result of a class action lawsuit and too big to deposit Using my phone…. I haven’t seen that money again and that was many months ago since I was sort of afraid to leave the house and she put the money In her own bank account and never gave me any of it. Haven’t seen any of it and she claimed to be fixing up my moms other house with the money And that she would repay me…. She also took the family inheritance money after each death that I know of and maybe my other brother in California claimed the other saying that it Was their right because they had some say so in taking care of my parents during their last days since I was too sick to contribute or say anything. The amount range in the hundreds of thousands in both cases minimum and some others still not known or accounted for. My sister has been trying to sell my mothers house which I’m currently living in and my other brothers try to take the house as well and force me to move elsewhere into government subsidies housing. Threatening me of course…. My brother in California of course claiming he has lawyer experience (to force me out while I’m still paying rent) and brother in Chicago claiming he can make decisions for me and coming to check on this house from time to time… My sister is supposed to have or be living in my mom’s other house not far from here and was renting it not too long ago. For all I know from overhearing an argument over the phone she could have lost that house and not told me. She has had continued arguments with creditors which I’ve overheard so I’m not really sure what’s going on of anything. She interviewed for several jobs here which is all remember and got a credit card in the mail here not knowing if she still get mail at a different location or at the other house. I tried to apply for credit line increases and there’s an onslaught of 100's of requests already and notices on my credit report to verify everything after using a second credit reporting agency. I think a lot of my mail might have been intercepted and redirected at the post office and suddenly mail would just show up and don’t know if I missed Anything that I didn’t expect to come. - thank you for your cooperation !! |

A T & T. - A G A I N AT&T is charging me for a brand new IPhone 16 that I Haven’t even received yet, almost $100 more or so increase on my Bill. They added the phone to my bill after converting my line to Wireless but they haven’t Ordered a New Cellphone for me Yet but want me to pay for the Cellphone and Monthly Service in advance as well when I can’t even use it. I noticed an email and inquired about it with AT&T and they had no idea what I was talking about and it took at least an hour to get some answers. They referred me to a number that doesn’t even exist anymore for Further Assistance and the call dropped. I never heard of AT&T charging anyone for something they don’t own or services they don’t have or any other company for that matter ? I’ve been a customer for over 15 or maybe even 20 years at least for that matter and also a Retired Senior Citizen. I have Gigabit Fiber Internet , Apple IPad Pro, Apple Watch and several Cellphones With them already. I guess loyalty doesn’t count for anything these days. |
If they didn’t already tell you, Cisco license used to be only good for only a few years then you have to renew
or loose your license - yep - don’t know if they changed that yet since I studied for it years ago and
walked away - used to be$ 1 , 5 0 0
just for
the first exam and there are probably hundreds of
exams by now. So get the experience and walk away unless you
absolutely love spending money and working because you are really just promoting them….

if you are still afraid of waking up to this then maybe you should run your windows installation as a virtual machine... you Can port or create a virtual machine out of your Running windows and run it on VMware, some Servers, Synology, Windows emulators, Macs / Apple (these come with their own virtual Windows for Free). Otherwise the rest of the virtual machine Compatible mentioned above are paid software Requiring you to have the base system to run them On. Virtualbox is still free and runs on both Mac / Apple and PC and Unix and others as well..
The virtual machines are usually able to catch and Repair the Microsoft BOD - Blue Screen Of Death - among other things…most of the time… I’ve been breathing a sigh of relief many times as well as panic when I got the BOD on my Synology server and VMware Installations… but they fixed themselves miraculously…. I had to pinch myself really hard When my windows booted back up….
I suppose some of you may have been in the market for a new printer and have discovered that you have to be really specific and detailed now in what you purchase. The new thing is that some of the newer printers only work with certain computers or laptops now, especially Apple or MacOS. If you have an older Mac then your Desktop or laptop will not work with a newer printer unless of course it can install and run the latest MacOS or something close to it otherwise you are just out of luck and have to buy a new Mac computer. With Windows you are usually fine except for the problem of finding drivers for your specific desktop or laptop. So Windows is a bit more flexible and usually supports most printers except for the really old ones. So, watch out and don't get rid of your old printer unless you have a good reason to or you just can't find drivers for it or it's not supported at all.
Old Monitors
Some of you may have older vga or hdmi monitors laying around for emergencies but you may discover that they might not work when hooked to a newer pc either Mac or Windows. Yep, you usually get the "Scan out of range" error message or "Resolution out of range" error message. So those monitor will probably only work on an older PC or Mac unfortunately and may actually be totally useless to you. So check your old monitors or even tv's with vga or hdmi ouput because they might be just taking up valuable space for nothing.
